Our cleaning services, quickly developed into our concierge and home check services. With so many winter visitors and traveling home owners, there are thousands of homes sitting vacant for extended periods of time. Adam and Danielle Ottosen wanted to provide families with the piece of mind that their homes are safe, secure, and in good working condition, while they are away. No one wants to return to their desert oasis with a list of surprise maintenance issues and costly repairs that could have been rectified before returning home.
Adam Ottosen is a husband, dad, and licensed realtor. He is on the front line for Developer Clients and assists with all facets of the home buying process from contract to closing.
With over 10 years in the Sales and Customer Service experience, Adam specializes in providing both buyers and sellers with a personal, proactive experience.
Adam innately identifies specific motivations and provides an exemplary experience from beginning to end, all while remaining focused on the big picture.
Dr. Danielle Ottosen, Ph.D. is a mom of one, wife, and psychotherapist who specializes in addiction therapy. She has spent nearly16 years working in the prison system, helping incarcerated men and women break the shackles of addiction. In 2020, she opened a holistic health and wellness practice.
In 2022, she became a global business mentor helping corporate working moms escape the 9-5 grind by building successful businesses for themselves, in order to spend more time with their families.
